Anyone in Austin?

So. I would like to go to SXSW. I would reaaaaaalllly like to not sleep on my boss's floor, for both of our sanitiies.

I would, however, like to sleep on SOMEONE'S floor. Or couch. Anybody out there from Austin? Or do you have friends in Austin who might like to provide a little corner of space to a wandering bohemian artist who will give them art and read tarot cards for them and give them love (but not in a hot way)?

The dates are March 19th through the 21st, although I might only be there the 19th and 20th.

I will, of course, reciprocate with crashspace in NYC at a mutually agreed upon date.

We are on the south side of Austin and have an extra bedroom. Takes about 15-20 minutes to get downtown.

You are more than welcome to stay here, even though we are strangers to you.

I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and one giant husband but we're all groovy. =)

You are too rad. I actually had forgotten that one of my coworkers lives in Austin (total blonde moment) and so I'll be crashing with him. BUT you and the giant husband should come say hi--- I hear there is going to be pillow-fighting shenanigans on Wednesday and that folks will be alerted by @amandapalmer on Twitter.

The Giant and I are taking off work for the week to catch a lot of the free day shows and parties. Our very own SXSW vacation of free goodness.
